Because of this rigorous standard, all returns are evaluated and processed in strict accordance with standard professional policies governing authentic collectibles.

2. Standard Return Period and Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your acquisition, Alobalo invites you to initiate a return. To maintain the integrity required for high-value collectibles, the following standard procedures apply:

  • Initial Contact: To begin a return, you must contact the Alobalo team directly to request authorization and receive specific return instructions.
  • Condition Requirement: Returned artwork must be sent back in its original, pristine condition. It must show no additional alterations or handling beyond the historical tribal use or vintage patina documented at the time of purchase.

3. Return Shipping and Secure Packaging

Given the fragile nature, significant size, and historical value of authentic tribal art (such as tall plank masks or bronze figures), safe transport is mandatory:

  • Packaging Standards: The buyer is responsible for ensuring the artwork is securely and professionally packaged, mirroring the high-quality protective materials initially used by Alobalo to prevent damage during transit.
  • Shipping Coordination: While international outbound shipments originate from Burkina Faso via SONAPOST, return shipping arrangements and tracking must be formally coordinated with our team during the initialization contact.

4. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Upon safe arrival and physical verification of the item's condition and authenticity marks, the refund process will be finalized.
  • Reimbursement: Approved returns will be refunded in accordance with standard collectible market protocols.
